Digital Competence Development for Hospital-At-Home Care – A Design Evaluation Study Among Healthcare Professionals and Students

This study evaluated the design of the NorDigHE program, a self-paced, multimodal digital learning course for Hospital-at-Home care, using usability scores and participant surveys from 125 students and healthcare professionals in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Usability exceeded the established cut-off, and podcasts, case videos, simulations and quizzes were generally rated as relevant and supportive of learning. Some learners found simulations insufficiently challenging, pointing to a need to tailor difficulty.
